Spa is open from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, latest booking accepted is at 7:00 pm. 1 to 2 days prior booking is required. All timings are subject to availability. Hello Kitty Spa is located at the ground floor of the Galleria Mall, Al Wasl. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking. The slot you have booked are especially devoted to you. A 48 hours cancellation and 24 hours rescheduling is required.
