Participants will learn directly from the Chef, the techniques used in handling fresh pasta, including using the polling pin and machine. You will prepare fresh egg pasta along with three different sauces and a typical Italian dessert. The course ends with a beautiful lunch with the dishes made, in our wine cellar.
