The experience takes place in the striking Arrábida Natural Park, where dramatic limestone cliffs meet clear Atlantic waters.
Paddling along the coastline reveals secluded coves and fossil-rich sea caves; at several points, you can step ashore to explore sinkholes and hidden rock formations that speak of a prehistoric shore. The route combines gentle paddling with bursts of adrenaline: climb coastal ledges and, for the adventurous, take the plunge from heights of up to 10 metres into sparkling water below.
Snorkelling introduces you to a protected marine environment where a variety of fish and underwater plant life create a vivid scene beneath the surface.
Throughout the day, the landscape shifts from coastal panoramas to verdant slopes and mountain silhouettes, offering panoramic views in every direction. Guides focus on safety and local natural history, pointing out geological features and the ecological importance of the area.
The itinerary balances action and relaxation so you can enjoy both heart-racing moments and the tranquillity of the reserve. Returning from the water, the route winds past scenic viewpoints that frame the park’s unique combination of sea, rock and vegetation.
